Collaborated with a team of designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop Rakhi-edition packaging for Bombay Sweet Shop’s 2026 campaign, built around a playful Snakes and Ladders concept featuring the brand’s laddoo and kaju katli mascots as players. My role involved extending the campaign identity across the product range, adapting layouts to individual packaging dimensions and print requirements, conducting colour research, and ensuring all production details and specifications were accurately marked.

Built out the base checkerboard grid pattern, forming the structural foundation for the board game background.
Placed individual board elements, numbering, border and iconography across the grid to complete the board layout.
Illustrated the mascots interacting with the board, garlands, and props, giving them a dynamic, playful sense of motion.

My first fast-paced project to see the packaging come to life, and a surreal feeling to watch something move from screen to shelf. It taught me to make quicker decisions, sharpened my colour sense, and gave me a much deeper understanding of print and production. It also offered my first real glimpse into the workings of a design studio, from collaborating across teams to navigating tight timelines. I was especially grateful to be paired with mentors who took time out of their own busy days to guide me, answer my questions, and help me learn. Overall, it was an incredibly enriching experience that taught me as much about working in a studio as it did about design itself.
